Dealer terms

loopyard is a marketplace that connects dealers of used & scrap IT hardware. We provide reach, verified-dealer identity, reputation, and a standardized grading sheet. We are not a party to your deals.

Settlement. At launch, deals settle directly between buyer and seller (cash or e-transfer). loopyard does not hold funds and charges no fee on direct settlement. You are responsible for verifying goods and completing payment yourselves.

Grading. Sellers present a standardized grading sheet and photos in good faith. Buyers are expected to use their own judgment. loopyard does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

Verification. Verified-dealer status reflects a light identity check. It is a trust signal, not a warranty of any dealer or transaction.

Conduct. No fraudulent listings, shill bidding, or misrepresentation. We may suspend accounts or remove listings that break these rules.

Liability. loopyard is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between dealers.
